KUALA LUMPUR: Usahawan bakal ketinggalan jauh jika pada masa ini tidak menumpukan soal kepimpinan jenama bagi perniagaan masing-masing.

Mentor usahawan merangkap Pengerusi Richworks International Sdn Bhd (RichWorks), Datuk Wira Dr Azizan Osman berkata, situasi itu akan terjadi disebabkan landskap bisnes sudah berubah dengan teknologi kepintaran buatan (Ai) dan digitalisasi.

Katanya, ketika ini sangat mudah untuk sesiapapun nak mula berniaga dalam platform online.

“Dunia perniagaan kini sangat kompetitif yang mana usahawan tak ada pilihan, selain untuk lebih menonjol.

“Kepimpinan jenama bukan hanya mengenai slogan tetapi visi, misi, keterujaan, keaslian yang mana bisnes sentiasa berikan nilai-nilai kepada pelanggan malah masyarakat,” katanya.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika menyampaikan ucapan pada The BrandLaureate Bestbrands Awards 2023-2024 di The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, 22 Ogos lalu.

“RichWorks dalam 16 tahun melatih dan membimbing usahawan dan jenama seperti Sabella, Mamasab, Eskayvie, Noir, Nurraysa, The Raw., Efferty, Ella Furniture dan Andalusia yang menjadikan kisah impian jadi kenyataan dengan asas kepimpinan kukuh.

“Setakat ini, RichWorks telah berjaya lahirkan 390 usahawan capai jualan RM1 juta pertama melalui pementoran Spire dan tahun ini kami nak saksikan 100 usahawan Titanium capai RM10 juta setahun berbanding 65 orang tahun lalu.

“Nasihat saya kepada bangsa usahawan untuk jadikan kepimpinan jenama sebagai kompas dengan nilai-nilai yang sangat berhubung mendalam dengan para pelanggan dan mengetengahkan perbezaan mereka,” ujarnya lagi.

Dalam pada itu, Azizan yang juga menerima The BrandLaureate Brand ICON Leadership Award 2024 – Great Entrepreneur mengucapkan kesyukuran atas pengiktirafan kerjanya bahkan bukti usaha kolektif keluarga RichWorks bersama bangsa usahawan bimbingan beliau yang berani berimpian untuk bina bisnes berjaya sejak 16 tahun lalu.
